These terms govern the use of ConcreteChem’s chemical formulation consulting and product supply services for infrastructure developers in Nigeria. By engaging our services, you accept these conditions in full.
ConcreteChem provides B2B industrial concrete waterproofing formulation, chemical composition consulting, and proprietary admixture products (HydroShield XT, CorroStop VCI, PermaSeal Flex). Deliverables include technical datasheets, mix design recommendations, and on-site application guidance. All services are subject to NESREA compliance codes for effluent discharge and VOC limits.
The client must provide accurate project specifications, site conditions, and material samples. ConcreteChem is not liable for structural failures resulting from incomplete or incorrect client data. The client shall ensure that all personnel handling chemical products follow the safety data sheets provided.
ConcreteChem’s liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service supplied. We are not liable for consequential damages, including project delays, loss of revenue, or structural remediation costs. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must return all proprietary formulation data and cease using ConcreteChem’s intellectual property. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or products delivered.
ConcreteChem reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
